Multilingual Approach

Dr. Carrozza loves being a cultural bridge builder. He can communicate in several languages with various greetings because a simple "hello," "thank-you," or "you are welcome" in other languages makes patients feel at ease.  He can ask them about their pain as far as the location and the grade of the pain.

His bridge-building passion afforded him the opportunity to teach a seminar in Shanghai, China for doctors, therapists, and other healthcare personnel. (Shown on the left are the attendees with their certificates of completion.)

The doctor, who has taken multiple language courses through Villanova University, can communicate in Italian, Spanish, Hindi, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Middle Eastern, and many other languages.

Helping Develop Learning Programs

The root of the word doctor is from the Latin word docere, meaning “to teach”.  Dr. Carrozza has developed a course, entitled "Introduction to Foreign Languages A-Z," that teaches how to speak basic greetings and phrases in different languages.

The course, which was approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, was used to teach nursing students at Delaware County Community College and is currently used on tour at different libraries.   He teaches this unique course to the general public including ESL Teachers, International Business Students, and world travelers.  He also provides personal tutoring.  He's been teaching this course for 15 years at various places.

Today, Dr. Carrozza is studying Italian, Mandarin Chinese, and Spanish at Villanova.

The doctor's hobbies and interests include fishing and playing in local softball, pickleball, and bocce ball leagues.

Dr. Carrozza is happily married and has 2 children, a son and a daughter.

Ralph A. Carrozza, D.C.

"Twice in 2007 (lower back) and again in 2014 (upper back), I was in great pain and seriously limited in my movement and even in the performance of everyday activities. Dr. Carrozza’s treatment each time restored me to complete movement and performance of activity, including exercise and even running. Each time the Doctor’s treatment removed all my pain. I am so thankful to be pain-free and have no restrictions. I’m also thankful for a doctor who cares about me as a patient and as a person. I give him the highest recommendation."

Kind Words From Satisfied Patients

"I have been seeing Dr. Carrozza for over 10 years. He was recommended to me by my wife, who went to see him for relief from some back pain as a result of her pregnancy. She was very happy with the results, felt very comfortable with him, and found him to be very pleasant.

Dr. Carrozza is a master at diagnosing the root cause of the problem relatively quickly. He has amazing skills from years of experience that allow him to identify the injury, sometimes just by visual examination and touch.

I would highly recommend chiropractic to others and most definitely recommend Dr. Carrozza."

"I have MS. The muscle tremors and side effects from MS treatments had taken a toll on my back. I came to Dr. Carrozza not really knowing if chiropractic would help. After the first visit, I was without back pain for the first time in 10 years! Under Dr. Carrozza's care, I have been pain-free for more than a year. I no longer need to take pain killers. I highly recommend chiropractic care- specifically Dr. Carrozza- for others with MS."
